Looking for creativity and collaborations I have decided to launch my own fashion brand on the side of a full-time job. I went all the way to India in order to bring my selection of indian and Sari fabrics. I achieved two micro-collections, sold on my e-shop and in a fashion store in Berlin. I led the entire conception and production including brand identity, design conception, photoshoot production, fabric and providers sourcing. I also managed social media communications and a Google Adwords campaign.

My main project when I joined RYDE was to build a CRM from scratch. I teamed up with the Product Manager to elaborate the structure of the crm, implement, test the tool and train the Team to be operationnal. It allowed us to streamline the process of the sales and client servicing department, focus on real business opportunities, collect valuable data, provide reporting and data analytics.

To participate in call for bids is always challenging. One of the most exiting one was the bid and contract we won for the digital campaign “SNCF agents outfit”. I was 100% involved in the strategy conception. I presented the pitch to the client, managed the design and content realizations in addition to defining the marketing actions.

I had the opportunity to join the trade marketing department of Essilor, the world leader in ophthalmic optics. To work with the mission of improving sight and promoting innovative and quality products is highly motivating. I coordinated a cross-branded national advertising campaign from creation to production: digital, media, in stores and direct marketing. The publication in ELLE Magazine was printed in 228K copies and the traffic on ELLE.fr brought 18K visits in 1,5 month.

I also built the partnerships portfolio for the online loyalty program. Managed the online monthly promotions and animations and reached during two years the given traffic KPIs.

One of my favorite projects. I worked on setting up cultural offers for a senior community. We built up a monthly loyalty program for Ratp Seniorcité, I negotiated various offers with cultural establishments in Paris in order to incite to mobility. I also displayed and monitored online the offers and had breakfast meetings in the nicest museums of Paris!

I gained valuable knowledge in content marketing best practices at greatcontent AG. I managed among others projects the content creation for Flixbus: copywriting and localization in English, German and French. I was responsible for improving the customer experience: onboarding, support and retention including quotations and invoicing.

My first client and a special relationship that last for 4 years. We succeeded to renew the client contract Vision Plus - Krys Group twice in 2008 and 2010. First photoshoots too, model and still-life, for which I had the chance to supervise the production and the pleasure to work with photographers, stylists, casting and model agencies. Beside that, I provided a full service support for a 360° communication: printed medium (POS, magazine, outdoor display), marketing direct campaigns,TV and radio ads realisation.

Short-noticed photoshoots are challenging and intenses, especially when it involves... a baby! I managed the entire photoshoot production for an advertising campaign "Baby kit". Including printed tools displayed in french highways gas stations and visuals for a mobile application and a website.

I really enjoy working for the Travel industry, the topic and the imagery are enchanting, but the challenge is to differentiate, to find a unique design and tone of voice among the other market players. I managed the creation of welcome pack and process for Club Med members.

I got the chance to work in the backstages of an e-commerce sustainable business clothing brand. The owner needed support for the studio organisation and efficiency. So I took over the production schedules, created some workflow tools such as stock and supply management and tech pack documents. I also controlled the production and delivery standards quality. Beside that, I helped her with the PR by developing a media pack for social media.

I collaborated with Data Analysts on a brand repositioning for Grand Optical. The analyse, the qualification and segmentation of the database defined our CRM communications. I supervised the creation of a visual and content chart followed by promotional operations.
